FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Costing & Estimates:
Menus and Wine selections must be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival.
Once your final menu and beverage requirements have been confirmed, your Wedding Coordinator will prepare an estimate for your wedding.
For your budgeting purposes please anticipate an average of $75 per guest for food and beverage costing, based on dinner and wine service only.
Deposit:
25% of the Estimated Rooms Revenue is due at the time of signing. Once we have received a signed contract along with your deposit, your function room and guestrooms will be held on a definite basis.
Your contract will outline a detailed payment schedule with the final payment due 14 days prior to your event.
